Each applicant must complete the Application for Admission. Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided.

All applications must be submitted with the non-refundable application fee of $25. Please make checks payable to PowerHouse.

Please submit a passport style photo of yourself with your application.

You will need One Pastoral and One Personal Reference. Please see details within the application for further directions (See Pages 5-8).

Application Deadline Date Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school office before March 24, 2011. The deadline for registration is March 30, 2011.

All Financial and Tuition Information must be completed and submitted with your application.

when we have received all necessary documents:
1. Your completed application
2. Current "passport style" photo
3. $25 Non-Refundable Application Fee
4. Two References

Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed your application and determined your acceptance status, you will receive a letter in the mail.

*The School will also be available as an online correspondence school for international students as well as students who live out of state or too far away to drive to and attend class at the DSMI Center. All correspondence students must apply and pay the same tuition.
