"The Making of a Minister of Christ"
 The purpose of the DSMI School of Ministry is to prepare people for active service in the Kingdom of God. During class, Doug provides ministry insights he has learned over the years to train and equip students to practically operate in all aspects of ministry. The school is designed as a maturing process and a series of awakening revelations that motivate belivers to step out of themselves and into the flow of God's Holy Spirit toward His people and the lost and broken in His creation. A properly focused Christian ministry reflects God's unconditional love for every person He has created and shows Jesus to the world. The standard is to live and walk as Paul challenged every believer in Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Jesus Christ who lives in me." God desire's that all believer's live and minister to others in the the Spirit and Power of Christ. This is what Christianity is all about.
School of the Spirit
Become schooled in the ability to live from the Spirit of God!
 School of the Spirit (SOS) is a four to five day seminar held several times a year where people are schooled in the realm of the spirit. It is designed to enable one to live from revelation from their spirit, rather than from the education of their mind. Christianity has moved so far away from true life in the Spirit and replaced revelation with education. Living in and from the Spirit of God should be normal Christian life. From here faith becomes normal and the supernatural life of Jesus flows through our life to our world. Doug spends time intimately ministering to our spirits. People’s lives can be radically changed during these days. When we stand before God at the 'Judgment Seat of Christ' (1 Cor 3) we will give account of what we did with what he gave us in the Spirit. Doug's desire in this school is to stir the reality of Christ in you so He can live through you and minister to your world.These days together are designed for those who are serious about their walk with the Lord, including those who feel a call to the ministry. The daytime sessions are not normally a time for meeting personal needs (emotional or physical). Each evening during the school, there is a celebration of what God has done in our lives. These meetings are open to the public, and they do have an emphasis on ministering the power of God's love to meet personal needs.
